OTR Group is seeking a capable leader to assist with daily store operations at our Mount Larcom location. You will oversee customer service, train staff, manage rosters, handle stock, and ensure health and safety policies are followed to maintain high standards.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
