OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service and support team development. The role involves rostering, stock control, reporting and enforcing health and safety standards.

You will work closely with store leaders to drive performance, mentor staff and ensure a high quality guest experience while upholding company policies and brand standards.

Job Description

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
