OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, customer service, rostering, stock management and safety compliance. You will lead a small team, drive service excellence and training, and help ensure smooth store performance.

In this role you will develop team capability, adapt to change, and contribute to a safe, efficient store environment while enjoying perks such as app discounts, Barista training and career development opportunities across the OTR

Job Description

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
