Job summary

OTR is seeking a capable retail team member to support day-to-day store operations and customer service in Cairns. You will contribute to training and development for the team, while helping with rostering, stock management, and reporting to ensure smooth store performance.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
