Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead a small team.

You will assist with rostering, stock control, reporting, and health and safety compliance, while fostering staff development and hands-on training to boost performance across the store.

OTR - Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
