OTR Group is seeking a store operations professional to support day-to-day retail activities with a focus on customer service, training, and team development. You will help manage rosters, stock levels, and reporting while upholding health and safety standards across our stores.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to improving guest experiences, with opportunities for career growth within our global network. Australian working rights are required.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
