OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive excellent customer service. You will help train staff, manage rosters and stock, and ensure safety standards are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
