Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations in Mount Barker. You will support customer service, training, rostering, stock management and safety procedures. You bring leadership in retail, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

This role offers growth within a national network and exposure to a fast-paced store environment. Pre-employment requires Australian working rights and police clearance; successful candidate will contribute to team success

OTR - Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
