Job summary

OTR Group is hiring to support day-to-day store operations with a focus on exceptional customer service and team development. You will contribute to rostering, stock management and reporting while ensuring adherence to safety policies.

The role requires leadership capabilities, strong communication, and a drive to advance within our global network. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
