Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, lead and train a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist with rostering, stock management, and reporting while upholding safety standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership to drive growth, motivate staff, and ensure the store meets its performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers ongoing career development within the OTR network.

OTR - Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
