OTR Group in Adelaide seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, customer service excellence, staff training, rostering, stock control and safety compliance.

You will work closely with the team to drive performance, implement policies, and develop people, with opportunities for career progression across OTR's network.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
