Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day‑to‑day store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, train and develop staff, and manage rostering, stock, and reporting.

You will uphold health and safety policies, adapt to change, and contribute to store growth through hands‑on leadership and a strong commitment to teamwork. This role also offers broad career development across our national network.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
