Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd is seeking a Coordinator for our Rose Bay After School Care service. The role leads a dedicated team, delivering high-quality OSHC in a Catholic school setting, with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and child-centred programs.

You will manage attendance, mentor educators, and collaborate with families and the school community to foster a supportive environment grounded in Catholic values.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (required).
• Proven OSHC experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
• Current First Aid including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.

Responsibilities

• Stay organised and vigilant – manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety.
