Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) at Kanwal, NSW, to lead a team in delivering safe and engaging OSHC programs across split shifts. You will supervise children, plan activities, and partner with schools to ensure high-quality care, while upholding compliance and safeguarding standards.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with the Regional Manager, with some admin hours from home. A Diploma or progress toward ACECQA standards is required.
