Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC service in Gledswood Hills, with oversight of Juniors and Seniors. This hands-on role includes coaching a leadership team, managing staff, programming, and compliance to deliver high-quality care across Before School, After School and Vacation Care.

You will be visible on the floor, drive high standards, build strong relationships with families and school partners, and support ongoing development of the service within the TeamKids

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC services, preferably across multiple sites.
• Ability to coach and develop educators (permanent and casual).
• Strong administration and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a large, high-volume OSHC service.
• Oversee operations across Juniors and Seniors sites.
• Provide coaching and support to the leadership team.
• Manage staffing, ratios, and programming.
• Build relationships with children, families and school partners.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality across the service.
