Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Service Manager for Kellyville OSHClub to lead a large Outside School Hours Care service. You will mentor Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators, drive high-quality educational programs and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.

You’ll manage budgets, rosters and enrollments, prepare for Assessment & Rating, and foster a positive team culture focused on growth. The role is full-time with dedicated admin time to focus on strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor; ensure compliance with NQF.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments and workforce planning.
• Prepare for Assessment & Rating and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create a positive team culture where people feel valued and inspired to grow.
