Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Baldivis is seeking an experienced OSHC/early childhood leader for a full‑time Service Manager role. You’ll lead and mentor a large team, driving high‑quality educational experiences for children.

You will partner with families, schools and the community, oversee budgets, rosters and compliance, and prepare the service for Assessment & Rating while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC or Early Childhood services.
• WA First Qualified Educator qualification.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive educational programs and foster continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor ensuring NQF compliance.
• Build partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create a positive team culture where people feel valued and inspired to grow.
