Job summary

Superior People Recruitment seeks an OSCH Nominated Supervisor in Cairns to lead a team of educators, ensuring safe, engaging and compliant OSHC programs from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The role emphasizes people leadership, financial acumen and adherence to regulatory standards.

Ideal applicants will have experience in regulated industries, rostering and managing administrative processes, with a commitment to high-quality care and student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strongpeople and team leadership in a regulated or compliance-based environment such as education or community services.
• Experience with rostering, mentoring and building positive, supportive team culture.
• Experience overseeing administrative and financial processes including attendance, enrolments, CCS submissions, and follow up of outstanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators to uphold high standards of care and supervision.
• Oversee rostering, enrolments, and CCS submissions to ensure accurate operations.
• Manage financial processes and relationships with families to ensure timely payments.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring programs reflect interests and development goals.
