Job summary

anzuk Education partners with an established OSHC service in the Canberra region to appoint an OSHC Service Director who will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of educators and ensure compliance and safety across before, after school and vacation care.

The successful candidate will act as Nominated Supervisor or meet regulatory requirements, with a medium-term contract that could become ongoing, and the role offers a competitive salary package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC leadership or senior 2IC roles.
• Strong understanding of OSHC operations and compliance.
• Ability to lead a team and manage rostering.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across before and after school and vacation care.
• Act as Nominated Supervisor and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Support, mentor and coordinate a team of educators.
• Manage staffing, rostering and operational priorities.
• Maintain relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Ensure a safe, compliant and well-run service.
