Job summary

McArthur is seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead an innovative program and create safe, inclusive experiences for children and young people with disability.

This 0.8 FTE role covers after care (3pm-6pm) and Vacation Care (9am-5pm) hours, requiring Diploma-level qualifications and strong leadership with knowledge of NQF and Child Safe Standards. You will lead the OSHC team, coordinate enrolments and engage families.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level or higher qualification recognised by ACECQA.
• Leadership experience in OSHC, education, early childhood or disability.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Commitment to supporting children and young people with disability.
