Job summary

The Extend Group is hiring an OSHC Service Assistant for St Michael’s College, Beverley, in South Australia. This casual role involves delivering engaging activities, ensuring safety, and supporting healthy snack times for children before and after school care.

You’ll lead inclusive, fun programs, maintain a warm environment, and collaborate with staff, families and external partners. A relevant certification is required or in progress, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care.
• Possess or be willing to obtain Working With Children Check and relevant child-protection training.
• Hold First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Job Details & Role

About your service: St Michael’s College, Beverley.

Hourly Rate: $37.59 - $47.68 (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five day availability.
• After School Care: 2:50 pm to 5:30 pm.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
