Job summary

ENOSHCP is seeking an Assistant Coordinator/2iC/Educational Leader to shape and lead the OSHC program. You will work with the Director and Senior Team to run the service daily and provide Educational Leader oversight across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.

You will build a capable, confident team, foster a welcoming environment for children, and actively contribute to program reflection, improvement and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC or childcare, with two or more years highly regarded.
• Ability to lead, support and mentor educators in a busy service.
• Current Working With Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director and Senior Team to keep the service running smoothly.
• Lead programming, reflection and evaluation as Educational Leader across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.
• Guide, support and mentor educators, helping build a confident and engaged team.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where children can explore their interests, build friendships and have fun.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the wider school community.
• Support administration, compliance and quality improvement processes.
• Help organise resources, shopping and supplies to keep the service well stocked and ready for each day.
