St Peter's OSHC Rochedale, operating under Catholic Early EdCare, is seeking an Assistant Coordinator and Educational Leader to guide daily operations and mentor educators. You will contribute to a high-quality program reflecting children's learning and development.

The role offers two additional educational leader hours weekly, leadership growth, and opportunities to collaborate with school staff and families to enhance outcomes for children.

Formación

• Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA-equivalent qualification.
• Experience in OSHC or similar education and care setting with leadership exposure.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Current Child Protection Training as required for the role.
• Knowledge of NQF, My Time, Our Place framework, National Law/Regulations.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support educators while building relationships with children, families and school community.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with childcare management software such as Xplor is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support daily service operations with the Service Coordinator.
• Assist with staff rostering, supervision, mentoring and team development.
• Support administrative duties and service documentation.
