Star of the Sea Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in Cleveland is seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead a service that sits at the heart of children, families and the school community.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop engaging programs for Prep to Year 6, mentor Educators and build strong partnerships with families and staff, backed by Catholic Early EdCare's leadership network.

Formación

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Leadership experience in OSHC or education sector.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, National Law and Regulations.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Child Protection Training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily OSHC operations and ensure high-quality care and education.
• Develop, implement and evaluate engaging programs reflecting children's needs.
• Create an inclusive, safe environment; mentor Educators and foster teamwork.
• Build relationships with children, families, school staff and community.
• Oversee admin, rostering, documentation and quality improvement processes.
• Collaborate with school and maintain compliance with policies.
