Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or working towards attainment.
• Knowledge of My Time, Our Place framework and National Quality Framework (desirable).
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012 preferred).
• Blue Card for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Program Planning – develop, implement and evaluate leisure-based programs.
• Create meaningful learning experiences that support wellbeing, identity, learning and communication.
• Support and extend quality practice with the OSHC team to enhance the educational program.
• Promote inclusive participation and foster strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assist with observations, documentation and the development of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in holiday and before/after care programs.
