Indooroopilly Outside School Hours Care is hiring an Assistant Coordinator / Educational Leader to support the Coordinator in day-to-day OSHC operations at our Indooroopilly service in QLD. The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in OSHC, and demonstrate a solid

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the OSHC sector.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and ability to translate this into practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independent decision‑making.
• Enthusiasm for continual professional development and a commitment to providing the best possible care and education for children.

• Assist the Coordinator in the overall management and administration of the service.
• Take on a leadership role in overseeing the educational program, ensuring it aligns with the My Time Our Place Learning Framework.
• Mentor and support the educators in delivering high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for the children.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, families and the broader school community.
• Ensure the service operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service through reflective practice.
