Job summary

St Francis School is seeking an OSHC Educational Leader / 3IC to join our team on a permanent basis. You will work with the Director to oversee Before/After School and Vacation Care, mentor staff and ensure compliance with MTOP and NQF, delivering high-quality care that supports children’s learning and wellbeing.

The role includes Educational Leader responsibilities during term time and split shifts with floor duties; a strong leadership background and ACECQA Tier 1 qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC or school-based care environments.
• Knowledge of MTOP and National Quality Framework.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead quality improvement.
