Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for our OSHC service in Beaconsfield, VIC. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week across split shifts (6:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:30pm, Monday to Friday) at Beaconsfield Primary OSHC service.

You’ll work with regional managers to lead Educators, manage rosters, ensure operations and compliance, and develop engaging programs in STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft, while building relationships with families and schools.

Join us at our OSHC service in Beaconsfield, as an Assistant Coordinator. This role is perfect for you is you are ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week.You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:30pm (Stay and Play).

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-levelEducatorin VIC in accordance with ACECQA
