Job summary

Junior Adventures Group Beaconsfield is seeking an OSHC Co-ordinator (Assistant Coordinator) for a part‑time role, 30 hours per week across split shifts. You will support leadership, roster management, and service operations under experienced regional managers.

This position offers leadership development, mentoring of Educators onsite, and the chance to create engaging child-led programs while building relations with children, families and schools.

Join us at our OSHC service in Beaconsfield, as an Assistant Coordinator. This role is perfect for you is you are ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers30 hours per week.You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:30pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

You'll have the opportunity to:

• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-levelEducatorin VIC in accordance with ACECQA
