Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Step-Up Coordinator to join our team in Bunyip, VIC. This permanent, part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week across split shifts (morning and afternoon), supporting leadership, operations, and team management within a child-centred program.

You will lead Educators onsite, manage rosters, and help create engaging STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft activities while building strong ties with families, schools and the wider community.

Qualifications

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check.
  • State working-with-children check.
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
  • VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC per ACECQA.

  • Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration.
  • Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.

Job Description

Join us in Bunyip, as a Step- Up Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers27.5 hours per week.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Wednesday + Friday:6.30-9am (Rise then Shine) and Monday - Friday 3:00-6.30pm(Stay and Play).

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.
