Job summary

TheirCare Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a trusted before and after school care and holiday program for local families. You will design engaging activities, foster strong relationships within the school community, and ensure smooth service delivery.

You will also mentor team members and oversee compliance and admin tasks, with hours from 7:00am–9:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus weekly admin time, in a supportive and energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• Completed or current ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
