Job summary

The OSHC Coordinator role at TheirCare leads your own service, delivering before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. Design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and build strong relationships within your school community.

You will mentor staff, oversee compliance and administration, and ensure smooth operation. Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin time; weekend work is not required. ACECQA qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Willingness to obtain First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
