Job summary

The OSHC Coordinator role at TheirCare leads your own before- and after-school service and holiday programs for local families. You will design and deliver engaging activities for children aged 5–12, and be the face of TheirCare in your school community.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and manage administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly. Hours are 6:45am–9:00am and 1:45pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5-12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.

Education
