Job summary

The TheirCare Pty Ltd OSHC Coordinator will lead a designated service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs, while building strong links with local schools and families. You will mentor staff, manage compliance, and handle administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.

Hours are split shifts with admin time, Monday to Friday, in a supportive, energetic educator community with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACE QA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services)
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
• Food safety & mandatory reporting certificates
• National Criminal History Check within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children 5–12 years old
• Build positive relationships with school communities and families
• Mentor and support the team’s professional growth
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service operation
