Job summary

The OSHC Coordinator role at TheirCare Pty Ltd leads your own service, delivering before and after school care and holiday programs to local families. You’ll design engaging activities and be the face of TheirCare in your school community. You will mentor staff, oversee compliance and admin tasks, and work 6:30am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:30pm with weekly admin hours.

Monday to Friday, no weekends. Experience in childcare is valued, with ACECQA qualification checks and state-specific compliance

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification or studying relevant field.
• Valid Working with Children Check for your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in Childcare setting or equivalent.
• Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates.
• National Criminal History Check (dated within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead a before/after school and holiday program service.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5–12.
• Mentor and support centre staff to grow skills.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep service running.
