Job summary

TheTheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs to local families. You will design engaging activities for 5–12 year olds, build strong school-community relationships, and mentor your team to grow professionally.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin hours; weekend work is not required. A flexible, supportive environment prioritises child safety and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in childcare or OSHC; not essential.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging programs for children 5-12 years.
