Job summary

The TheirCare family is expanding with an OSHC Coordinator role in a school-based service. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships within the school community, and mentor your team to grow within the OSHC sector.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin time. You will oversee compliance and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth, safe service with strong support from your Area Manager and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Completed or studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification.
• Valid Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and required certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5-12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
