Job summary

TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role based in Victoria leads before and after school care and holiday programs to support local families. You’ll design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and become the community face of TheirCare in your school.

You will mentor your team, ensure service compliance, and manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly while enjoying flexible hours and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check www.acecqa.gov.au for details relevant to your state.
• A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
