Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a thriving before- and after-school program and holiday activities for local families. You will design age-appropriate programs, build strong relationships in your school community, and mentor your team to grow professionally.

You’ll also manage compliance and admin tasks to keep the service running smoothly. Hours typically align with school start and end times, with admin time allocated weekly.

Qualifications

• Completed or studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5-12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
