Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our Mitchelton service. This permanent, full-time role (38 hours/week) leads a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12, designing engaging activities and overseeing rosters, operations, and compliance.

You’ll manage a passionate Educator team, partner with families and the school community, and be supported by Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office to ensure program quality and

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.
• Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
• Be supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone.
