Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator for St Bernadette’s Catholic OSHClub. This permanent part-time role offers 35.5 hours per week, with 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time for planning and leadership.

You’ll lead Educators in before- and after-school programs for ages 5–12, creating a safe, engaging environment, manage rosters, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with families and the school community.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Lead Educators and oversee before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with STEM, sports, cooking and arts
• Manage rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin tasks
• Receive mentorship from regional managers and support from an office team
