Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator for Sunshine Coast Grammar School OSHClub. This part-time, permanent role leads a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12, overseeing rostering, operations and compliance across split shifts.

You will guide Educators, partner with families and the school, and shape a vibrant, inclusive program with support from Regional Managers and the Support Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within OSHC or childcare industry.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program across OSHC hours.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and admin.
• Build a positive team culture and support Educators.
• Partner with families and the school community to grow the service.
• Receive support from Regional Managers and a dedicated Office.
