Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our Padbury service, creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, play and thrive. You’ll bring leadership experience in OSHC and oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, compliance and team development, ensuring strong connections with families and the school community.

This permanent, part-time role offers 31 hours per week with 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Natural leader with ability to guide a team and help others grow.
• National police check (we will cover) and state Working-with-Children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion before onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators for before- and after-school programs.
• Own the roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance and admin tasks.
• Develop leadership skills with regional management and office support.
