Job summary

Helping Hands Ferny Grove is seeking an inspiring OSHC Coordinator to lead a before- and after-school program for ages 5–12, shaping culture and quality across split shifts. This permanent, full-time role includes structured admin time and collaboration with a supportive regional team.

You will oversee rosters, daily operations and compliance, building a positive team culture and partnering with families and the school community. Competitive hourly pay and family-friendly benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who guides a team and helps others grow
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (we cover)
• State Working-with-Children check
• Australian working rights
• 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD or working towards, per ACECQA guidance

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture with Educators
• Partner with families, school community and internal stakeholders to ensure program growth
• Be supported by Regional Managers and Support Office
