Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) seeks an inspiring OSHC Coordinator for Ferny Grove Helping Hands. You will lead a team delivering an engaging before- and after-school program for ages 5-12, with rostering, operations and compliance responsibilities handled in a supportive environment.

The role offers a permanent, full-time pathway with split shifts, competitive hourly pay, and growth opportunities backed by regional managers and a dedicated support office.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred before- and after-school program
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and proud
• Partner with families, the school community, and stakeholders to grow and thrive
• Be supported by Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office
