Job summary

Junior Adventures Group Kilcoy is seeking an inspiring OSHC Coordinator to lead our before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You’ll shape a vibrant, child-centred program, oversee rosters, daily operations, and compliance, and coach a team of Educators across a split shift schedule.

This permanent, part-time role (32.5 hours/week) offers work–life balance, a competitive hourly rate up to $46, and benefits including parental leave, staff discounts, and career development.

Qualifications

• Qualification to work as a 2Year QualifiedEducator in QLD per ACECQA.
• Leadership experience with children.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• National Child Safety Training via Gecko.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program with STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture with Educators.
• Partner with families, schools and stakeholders to grow the service.
• Be supported by Regional Managers and a Support Office.
