Job summary

TheirCare Pty is seeking an Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator for Guthrie Street Primary School to run before/after school and holiday programs. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, foster strong relationships within the school community, and mentor your team while ensuring program compliance and smooth operations.

Flexible hours with split shifts and admin time support the role, with Monday to Friday work and no weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5-12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
