Job summary

TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a before- and after-school program and holiday activities. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, represent the service in the school community, and mentor your team to grow in the OSHC sector.

The role requires an ACECQA-recognised qualification (or studying), a valid Working with Children Check, and relevant First Aid and child-safety certificates.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification or studying in relevant field.
• Working with Children Check (state)','First Aid HLTAID012 for childcare setting.
• Food safety and mandatory reporting certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
