Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a school-based service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for local families in Warrnambool. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and act as the representative of TheirCare in the school community.

You will mentor staff, oversee compliance, and manage administrative duties to ensure smooth service operations, with hours as outlined and a focus on child safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification required.
• Valid Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in Childcare Setting and relevant safety certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months or as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for 5–12 year olds.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
