Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a school-based service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs to local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships in the school community, and mentor staff to grow within the industry.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5–12 years.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
